Export each track individualy 32bitfloat.

There could be difference in sound, as your playback has different quality than the exported file, its a common thing. Eventualy you want the EXPORT to sound good.

If you want to export couple of elements together, it is only in purpose to process them together as one, for example:
timestreching, pitchshifting, reverse, gating and so on...
After you glue them together, you understand it is a pain in the ass to cut them again and process the individual sound you wanted, especialy if they are on top of each other.

Don't forget to use volume automation to make fades to get rid of clicks at begining and end AND crossfading between them.

Also think that bouncing will help, when low on processing power.
Replacing some VSTi channels that are CPU hogs with wave-audio will reduce the load of the CPU drastically.
The term *headroom* might get a whole new meaning, when you have a look at the CPU in your task manager
