how can i "copy" project 2 on the end of project 1?

you can also import a lot of short midi phrases to make fruity score files. make a empty project with no channels. the open your folder with the midis in the explorer and drag and drop your files in the stepsequencer of fruity. then save projectbones. now you have a large number of fsc files that you can simple use as arp patterns or scores.
