i'm not sure which of the sounds in the tune you are talking about. if it is that type of string stab then its just a tad of fm on a va imo. if its that deeper sort of growl its something like a few saw oscs or a detune patch with some distortion.

If i am not mistaken its ohhhh, aaaaahhh... i think these are very simple to do like i said if i am not mistaken... for the ooohhhh..
1 open sylenth set it to its initial patch...
2 set lfo 1 to source filter cutoff A and turn it half way to the right
3 set lfo 2 to control source Osc A "pitch" and turn it half way to the left
4 select filter mode band bass about half way to the left but not to much you wil need to tweak a little
Note put both of the lfo´s rate to 1/4 dont forget to tun the gain up on both
Make a midi note around G2/G1 about + - the key scale depending what key u are using the note is rather short so 1/2 bar note should do wola should do it
now for the aaaahhh its exaclty the same except turn lfo 1 half way to the left and lfo 2 half way to the right and wola you should have it
Remember you will need to use your ears and some tweaking of the filter and lfo´s source to get it perfect
Good luck
