if u mean creating vocals u just need a mic to record your voice or the one of who u wanna record, if not internet it's full of vocal bundles, or u can also cut movies part or stuff from youtube... for what i remember man's voices starts at around 100-200 hz and women at 300 hz, for the rest depends of the music u want to do, for example in music where vocals are the main subject (like in hip hop) u need to have voices in your face, using quite strong compressions and some harmonic exciting, also reverbs are "needed", and maybe some small ms delays, for psytrance i suggest u to try with a lot of plug ins to have this strange out of this world vocals that u usually hear in a lot of tracks |
