In last weeks new southpark episode the dad´s put on a bane mask and their voices get distorted in a very funny way.. so i wonder how this was achieved .. it sounds a bit like spoken into a bottle .. but then at some point when randy says "thought we wouldnt find out" its sounds very much like the dalek voice from dr who

Hello to all...;-) !!! I´m new here in the IsraTrance forum. I think the Vocal-effect comes from the "Speakerphone" PlugIn (Audioease). I many Postproduction stuff (Movie,Game,...) this Plug is the first choice for strange room effects. The rest is i thing a little bit "tape machine simulation" for the tiny "slowly" and "faster" nudges inside the vocal line. I hope that can help..... "GrooVy" Time´s...

yes +1 Speakerphone give you this funky voice.
but if you not have this vst plug then you can take shell and microphone and recoding that.
