I am a new in psytrance production, so if someone can help me ,how to make a similar lead like this at 4:36

its a simple multisaw with sidechaincompression on it.
its filtered first, and when the kick comes in, the filter openes (lowpass filter)
check the "mother of all leads" thread, or youtube/google "multisaw".

edit: multisaw means, 2 or more saw-waveforms (everyone slightly detuned to fatten up the sound, and maybe different octaves) played together.
