Lets be honest here.... like it or not- the classic psy squelch/laser is very popular... but it doesn't mean its useless. To me its a great sound but it needs to have its place and time in tracks. I find the squelches in psytrance are equivalent to the dubstep wobbles. same goes for the classic psy bassline. And hey you never know from one "old" sound... you can learn and experiment and create something completely new... See my problem is i want to have originality in my tracks... and i try to hard. so the synths i want- yeah are original...but they don't usually sound as good as i wish haha (just a example!) music is music, music is good. Have fun, feel, express, create! peace and happy vibes, Kolishin Methud

Because it adds nothing to the discussion, other than his opinion that he doesn't like that kind of sound. Also, it does nothing to answer the OPs question. At all.

I would direct u guys for this very nice thread from Chimp in Space, we all want to be/have an original, but there's a path we have to go thru, and there's too much of those answers to questions like the one made by the author that are very limiting for the man who's asking in terms of creativity.
Prop's for Kolishin who answered the question
