Al kicks are made pretty much the same way dude...
Pitched sinewaves or recorded kickdrums...

create sinewave apply various pitch bends of different envelopes and combinations of pitch bend on top of pitch bend. you will figure out how to get any kick you've ever heard then. except for the accoustic ones of course you can still come close but nothing beats layering an accoustic kick with an electronic one.

well you could just make a pitch shift but a with not so fast decay and a relatively low starting freq and then again very slight pitchshift for punch

there are not many methods:
- either you use plugs like bazzism/psykick
- use samples
- or you do the same as the plugs do but yourself: pitchshifted sines in a Synth.
