Load the track into your sequencer, search for a part with only Kick and Bass (more or less)
Loop it, and tweak yours.
Done.
The most time i do this,i end up with a better one than the original

To me that sounds like a square wave with a lowpass cutoff filter with relatively little resonance sitting ontop of a sin wave. |

the square makes this sound, make sure you learn the standard waveforms by just listening...
tweak the filter velocity with greententacle´s method and you will get pretty close.
and its so booming, because of the sinewave like psyphi mentioned.
(but i cant tell if im 100% right)
