I'm not really experienced in modeling guitar stuff. I hope someone here is.

This is an excerpt from Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me by Elton John.

The guitar is really cool sounding. Any ideas?

I don't believe you can model/synthesize it so it will sound like that unless you have something like the Motif 8 xs which has some sampler features that will get you very close.

If you don't play guitar I think the best is just cut out notes, and the little transitions between notes from some other places (or other songs) and try to put it together by painful manual bit&byte editing labor
