Both are simple TB-types with lots of resonance and some distortion.
Think a saw and a pulse combination for the main sound then tweak around. Also you will need to mod the cutoff alot to make it interesting (but not too much as it will sound like 90ies). |

and process like Mealnge5738 said, use medium to high res and play with cuttof, put some delays on it and go from there
