Its easier to build something like it then to recreate it. Flanger and highpass filter is the key.
Might take a Pulse with a PW somewhere at the middle and modulate it with 2 sines 2 octaves below and the other 4 octaves try to adjust the pitch of the waves so it sounds the way you like it. Try to play with the fm amounts and pitches. Highpass filter raise the resonance to the middle point, might be an LFO and Automation on the filter. Flanger. Panning.
Flanger can be wide at 180 o maybe...
