How to make the FM-y Gritty Saw-type leads?

Hey everyone!
For the past few months, I have been trying to create the FM Saw lead you hear in most modern tracks within various VSTi's such as Sylenth1 & Albino3. However, I haven't had much luck.
I'm looking to create the type of lead that comes in at around 5:18 on the linked track.
Any help would be massively appreciated!
