How to make that metallic FM stab sound?

Well since it seems like request time...
I've always wondered what it takes to a achieve a FMish sound like this one:

How can I make a metallic sound like this (between 00:04-00:05)

Is is a synth or a very short, looped sample or what the heck? Or an fx like Livecut? Very characteristic sound.

I wouldn't think this is FM.
To me it sounds like a 303 sound with distortion.

This is an FM sound makable with Discovery or Albino and then run thru Dblue glitch or some other glitch effect unit.
