How to make a sound like this?

How to cut a sound like it's done in the very beginning of Abomination Vs Winter Demon - NN?? It's like full of little pauses, which are spread unevenly. I'm trying to recreate something like that in Fruity Loops 7. So far I made similar-sounding voices using Glitch and it's option number 7. This gives me an evenly cut voice, I need it to sound like in the beginning of Abomination Vs Winter Demon - NN. How (FL7)?

Haven't heard the track, but based on what you're saying about glitch and needing them "spaced unevenly", it sounds like you just need a better gate:

Will try that mgTriggerGate first (thanks Kane). And no, I'm not a Mac user, forgot to mention before (thanks for being helpful though, pipe&slippers). If mgTriggerGate won't satisfy me, I'll try Livecut (Thanks A.Rosengren). And how didn't I come to that, the effect is called 'gate' or 'gating' or whatever, of course! 
Anyway, I really appreciate that I have always got a decent answer from Isratrance forum, never any whining nor negative attitude of any kind. Sometimes I even get PMs asking if I still need help.. That's like, really great. Makes me feel like I'm in the right place. Love the atmosphere!
