Could anyone explain me how to loop a reversed cymbal?
I'm trying to have a long reversed cymbal played continuously in the background of my track, but I can't figure out how to do this.

Thanks in advance.

If you're on cubase just load the cymbal sample on an audiotrack, reverse it, stretch it until it matches the tempo of your track (one bar/half a bar or something similar), select it and press <ctrl><d> until you have it repeated for the full duration of the track.

I m not sure what I understood what do you want to do...you want it to loop many times or do you want the same sample to last more time?

this answer is for looping a sample many times:
use a sampler like kontakt (assuming you have an audio sample) and write the midi notes to th midi editor. This way you ll adjust he samples position (in bars) and its length (so that you can make one sample begin when the previous ends).
