hey guys...
i have a old question...
how to know the pitch from a sampler? i try use some software but dont have sucessful.. maybe anyone can say a software to show the exact pitch from a sampler...
ps: i need to know the pitch of a vocal sampler... dont have kick or another instrument.. only the vocal..

open the fruityloops you have.
load the sample
put the master bpm on the bpm you want it to be.
activat the clicker (tapping).
to make a difference in the sample, open the sample window, you can see down this window a small icon colored in orange.
this is the streach, now move the number from 1 to 64 and find the way how this sample can be played in the bom you want.

I use my ears aswell...
I'll guess thats one reason why they call us musicians... We don't need any software to tell which key we're playing in....
The human ear is practically the most finest tuned instrument available...
Nothing can replace that.....

i think that ears and the sense are the best way to know the pitch, some of vocal songs u want to play faster or slowly, u have to listen your song and make the best way that u want. |
