How to kill monitor noise

This is probably not the case, but are the cables going to each speaker different quality? I found in my setup that by using higher quality cables i was able to reduce the noise coming out of my speakers substantially. So if one cable was higer quality than the other it may cause something like your describing to happen.

emm my studio in my flat, is nothin really i can do about grounded electrycity, it's has reguler electric plugs...

i use Blanced Cabels, really high quality bouth..
