Don't understand what you mean but your vst-plugins should be in c:/program files/steinberg/vstplugins or similar. If not you have to add the folder in Plug-in Information.

restart cubase .if you`ve placed the dlls right, cubase will scan them...
if not, check out the right folder to place them, rescan plugin information and/or media bay if nothing helps..then report back please..
