i don't know what exactly ur talkin about,but generally the typical tb304 'acid' sound is based on a single saw or square wave with an envelope to control the level of sound and the filter.
then simply play with the cutoff and resonance(usually big amounts of resonance  ) and maybe the decay of the envelope.
