Hi everyone!

At a long time ago that I've been trying to make this type of snare variety, like "pa parapa pa paparpa" but i cant understand how to do it! I know that is with some filters, but what notes should i use? Please help me!

Here is a sample of what i mean, it's parts of songs: http://www.zshare.net/audio/15004499ebab8188/

Hello. You included like 4 samples right?

All of them are just loops of this perc (hat / snare), with velocity (ghost notes?) & panngin variations. First one seems to have a chorus / flanger on it and probably a sync delay in one of the others.

cheers

Maybe if you do it more like "Pa tada ta za zapa ta" is better           Demand recognition for the Armenian genocide 1915

put notes on 1 4 6 9 12 17 20 22 25 28 in a 8 bar pattern

Or 1 4 9 12 17 20 25 28

then experiment with different velocitys and add some delay to it all...

maybe try this one:
put the snare on 2 & 4 (as usually) then send it to a 1/8D delay (e.g. pingpong delay) and put a filter on the aux channel and maybe a sidechain comp. with the original snare signal in the sidechain.           http://soundcloud.com/seamoon
