Is this penetrating scratching in this sounds caused by some freking FM synesis?
I'm kinda new and don't really understand how to get this scratchy sound into my synths.

Its a squelch, You achieve it by pitch modulation.
You can use any synth with a mod matrix or such(or just do it manually by automation)
Use a saw wave(preferably, something rich in harmonics)
Just assign a lfo or a envelope to the pitch.
Then tweak the lfo speed and add further fx to your liking.
Happy tweaking.

I dont understand what you mean.
A lfo is not an effect its a low frequency oscillation, a movement on the modulated parameter.
So for this instant it modulates the pitch which creates the squelchyness.
You can assign a certain speed of the lfo to a certain key if that is what you ask?.

HAHA, to nice! cant belive it grevinsky^^
I thought it must be something really technical, but I turened that lfo all the way up and there it is Thank you!
To my secont post. I guess this might come from synced lfo to the beat or automatic harmonics from my Thor-synth.
