Like the "lead" sound in headroom's "will never end". It has this quasi-metallic shininess to it, not fuzzy at all. Is it FM? Multiple oscillators? Just plain square/triangle wave? I'm bad at these things.

Please post video and exact time to know what lead you talk about in particular. Most of the time it is FM and good distortion unit.

It comes in about halfway through the track and features prominently for the rest of the track. It kind of follows the bassline (or it IS the bassline... but I kind of feel like I hear two separate synths playing the same thing).

Well he uses a lot of synths but it sounds like an analogish stereo sawlead probably with some detune idk... short envelopes and moving riff.

Sylenth1 probably.

Chromatone uses the same sound, very shiny sci-fi phaser sound. Love it.           www.facebook.com/chemogen

yeah, sylenth will do this easily for the stereo detune. though i think some of the stereo there is from a synced stereo delay

the notes DO follow the bassline, with the note over the kick being filled in.

sounds really easy to do, and you already have the midi nearly done from keying in your KBBB beforehand.

i love it when straight up psytrance still gets me boppin' my head! this is a great tune.           Dance, even if you have nowhere to do it but your living room. ~Kurt Vonnegut
