is there a way to fix a little skip in mp3 track ?

if theres a glitch in the originalmp3 this wouldnt solve anything surrender.
try running it through some denoiser/declicker vst, it will soften the glitch, not totally remove tho.

How to move a scar from the skin??

you can go to complex surgery or live with it,

however - it will never totally disappear.
