How to export midi files with fruity loops 3?

When i export midi files, they appear to be alright, but their size is always 33 bytes, and i can't play them. I've tried to export them while i was on the pattern mode and loop mode, and nothing seemed to work.
Help anyone?

here goes - exporting them tropical-fruit-loops to midi files is impossible when you're talking about Sampler (WAV) channels...
the only ones that can be exported to Midi are the Midi out channels -> which also includes VSTi's.
First of all, make sure you have Enabled the Midi Output in the the Options menu... second, if you wanna export VSTi loops to .mid files, load the VSTi into the FX window, and route the Midi out channel (you have some lame selection of Midi Out presets in the FX presets directory).
Incase you havn't figured out how to route an FX to a Midi out - here goes: Load the VST into any channel besides 1, and select the appropiate port (port 1 will usually do just fine) next, insert a Midi out channel, and route its port to the FX port of the VSTi.
and thats about it.

I'm trying to export 3x osc track to midi, and it suppose to work, isn't it? |
