Hi
I wonder how to do this kind of sound...
it has been used by many artists..
its a voice with some kind of effects and stuff on it.
i give some examples:
Skazi - Xtc (1:55...and forward..
Dark Nebula - Dark Nectar 3:25 and forward

There is also an effect inside the Korg Legacy collection called talking modulator. You can get these vowel sounds with that as well. |
