Oooooh, Evil & harm is a masterpiece of sound engineering! I was amazed by the way simon chopped up that asian voice sample [around 01:17] and sent it panning & swirling through the monitors... that's some fucked up shit!
As to your question, i think trip is right, it's just the guitar sample reversed... unless your talking about something else? MiniMAL cabron... |

uhm all i can hear at 3:49 is a small reverse cymbal in the centre , and then the guitar comes in clean.
oh well...different mix of the song maybe
