Awesome that's exactly what i'm looking for. The other suggestions are good too, keep em coming. If anyone's interested i found a preset on the vst karmafx called la la laj, it uses saw & ramp oscs with an lfo'd formant filter, has a similar sound.
As for time stretching, time stretching is great but as far as i know, can't be done in real time. Anyone know a real time time-stretching plugin? That would be one b-e-n-d-y plugin.

Try the granular ensembles in Reaktor in software, or the old VP-9000 Roland sampler (or V-Synth) in hardware.

Send a waveform to 2 band pass filters in parallel, add a little resonance to each and make them move around either with assigned nobs or use an LFO which sends each filter in an opposite direction.
Bitcrushers add a nice vocal quality too! |
