Cool real fun to read this one, makes you think of all the possibilities in the world that you miss when you do it your way           Monitoring devices, know where you go
Mass media, total control
Digital delight, desire in megabite
Data overflow, virtual suicide
This information, is disinformation
Truth is hidden, knowledge forbidden

bounce the whole part and cut it

I hate doing that before I finish the track...

No other way???

I mean when your track is finished. there is absolutely no point to do it before.

if you dont bounce that part and just mute the channels, you'll still get the tails of the effects in the beginning after the break and that will leave you with a more muddy start off than with a clear bam.

get the individual part right as you would want it and then bounce it and move on?

By pass insert FX, automate sends to 0 for that small section or just draw a volume automation on the busses with reverbs/delays.
Done.

bypassing running fx often results in small clicks.           https://soundcloud.com/hazak

+1 for automating the mutes on your FX send channels.

Also chop out the audio you don't want playing before hand.           ~Airyck~

You could always do a quick fade out on the audio to get rid of the click.

Or if you're using Cubase you can zoom in with the pencil tool and draw the click away.           ~Airyck~
