Something i've found works nicely especially with morning trance (bit more airy) is getting a few different loops from a house or minimal samplepack, then cutting them up into small bits and putting some on a reverb channel, some on a delay (try different delays too) then add whatever Fx you like (I go for camelphat.) If placed nice and rhythmically it can get some really nice results
