is there any secret? how to create crazy gate fx like this or maybe i'm wrong it's simple arpigirator? but sure theres something else.. maybe you recognize what synthesizer is this?
by the way is anyone know the name of this track?

it just sounds like a "choppy" melody... short single notes that are shortly spaced as well...
it sounds like different variations of that with added effects,etc. I don't think its actually a gate effect but i could be looking at the wrong part of the track... but i think this is what your hearing *btw i think the main synth used is probably a access virus or a nord lead. idk the track name but i can turn you on to a similar artist who has a really good dark twisted sound... Woaaah good song, i really the melody in the begining, which sounds little like a visit in the dwarfen/troll cave .

And on topic.
What part of the song are you talking about?.
If its in the beginning it sounds like a gated synth, with filters and kind of random put out notes. then he play little with envelopes every now and then.
Or do you mean the squelchy kind of synth which comes at 10.6?.
