I shoot some interviews on Sony FS 100 and I need to convert and merge Sony FS100 AVCHD clips to Vimeo. Before that, I want to prepare camera files for editing in Final Cut Pro 7. However, Final Cut's Log & Transfer function seems to crash a lot on my system. And Clipwrap can't work on my Mavericks 10.9.1 at all. Luckily, my friend, Lucy, a photographer introduces me Aunsoft MTS Converter for Mac.
With this program, I successfully convert and merge H.264 AVCHD to ProRes 422. After editing, I produce a master copy of the video and then convert it to various formats for distribution on Vimeo. Honestly, I appreciate the output video quality and the fast batch conversion speed.
Below is a guide about Aunsoft MTS Converter for Mac to convert and merge Sony FS100 AVCHD to Vimeo. Let's take a look!
