Hi! I wondered how I could chop an audio sample into 1/16-1/32-1/64 in Fruityloops? The only options I know about is Chop in beats & bars, beat shuffle and stutter 1 2 3. In Stutter 3 I think some is chopped in 1/64, but the sample is rearranged and chopped into different length. So, how do I solve this problem? If FL is incapable of this, is there an vst I could use?
And I'm not talking about using MIDI plugins to "chop" midi signals from synths and so on, Im talking about plain wave files.
Thanks in advance! |

Open the wav as an audio track. Then choose 1/2 beat ... 1/4 beat... whatever you like , choose the cut tool from the playlist editor and slice it . If i understood right this is what you want to do , or not ?

Just drag the file to the audio area in the pianoroll, or insert an audio channel and open the file.

straight to the playlist below the squares.
then use the cut tool .
also can apply volume lfo on volume automation, using the most suffisticated lfo in automation clip (where u can change lfo in live from sine to square and change the pulse width of lfo )
