How to change Delay times?

How to execute and change a delay time?

Say I have a whooooooooosh
I want it to delay every 1 and 1/2 beat and then decrease to 1 beat and 3/4 and so forth

Whats a good plugin i can automate this in Cubase?

You can automate every VST delay like that afaik.           Crackling universes dive into their own neverending crackle...

you can use the two delays that come with cubase. they are very easy to use and easy to automate, besides it "eats" almost no cpu. if you want something more complex use the spectral delay

I prefer opening as many audio tracks I need... For example, if u want 1 1/2 and then 1 3/4, open two audio tracks, each one with the delay u want.

So or u can export to wav both of tracks, and then play with volume to make it as u want(I think the best way), or only automate the volume of the tracks, so no need to export to wav.

I don´t like so much doing the automation for the delay time...
