Simple. He use Native Instruments FM8. You can do it with every synth who have 'FM' synthesis.

I dont quite understand.. the user shows how to build the lead in the video.

Nevertheless, Alien Bug got it right: a FM lead, played in a rhythmical way, with expressive band pass filtering.

Take a synth and build a tone-> it doesnt have to sound pretty or anything, try going for noisy sounds, irritating sounds, whatever. A car squealing it's tires on a hard break can to the trick, for example (not a pleasant sounds, but something for us to start with).

Than make a single note rhythm MIDI track, getting something cool.

Then put a filter after the synth, raise the resonance a bit and tweak (automate!!) the frequency knob like you are possessed by a lunatic devil with wicked bowel movements.           Super Banana Sauce http://www.soundcloud.com/knocz
