ok the first sound is the pretty usual -
you modulate an oscilator pitch with an envelope using small attack and longer delay... playing at low octaves you can hear the tail to get slower as the pitch goes lower.
the second one sounds like a double SAW oscillator sound with one oscillator pitches quarter tone up - with a hard chorus applied.
probably...

hi
both sounds can be generated using a single saw waveform. both sounds have a pitch envelope doing a pitch down to the frequency of the sound everytime it is played. both sounds have a strong bandpass filter apllied on them so you can only hear the mid and mid-highs.
the second sound only has something like noise in at mid freqs, or some kind of distortion on it, in order to make it sound more fuzzy. this might have been achieved by the addition of another oscilator, doing some weird stuff on the original one, but I would just experiment with some kind of multiband dist or sound damage tool.
apply some minimal delay and some allmost-noticable chorus and then reverb, and here you go
