Way too much. Dont know exactly (hehe, side effects of drinking too much  ) but atleast a beer in a club is usually around 50 NOK, wich is about 8 American $$...

In Portugal:
in euros:
This is having in mind its a party far away from home, wich is the case at most times:
20 for entrance
5 for car gas (sharing car with 4)
15 for beer (aprox 7 beers at 2e)
15 for Smokes
15 to eat
70! SO it comes out as a super expensive night!
Nowadays If I go I mostly go to parties I can enter for free and take food, drinks, etc, can´t really afford spending so much money in a night...

From my experience in LA, the local outdoor party (about 24 hours or less most of the time) can range between free (not typical these days) to $35.00+ The indoor shindigs are usually between $15-$40 and usually go from 10pm-6am. How much you spend on party "supplies" depends on who you know or luck At outdoors of course you can bring everything you need (food/water/etc) but when indoors your subject to paying a couple dollars up to $8/10 (!!!) for a drink. Our weekly party is $5.00 to get in and drinks from the bar are $5.00+ depending on your preferred poison. |

I've been in free parties where i didn't expend more than 10€, but once in 2003, London, we went with cab to an amazing outdoor party from Liquid Connective and the hole thing was about 100 Pounds, after all we were lucky to have a free come back.
In those times we were on doing the magical Chichime-Fairy Tales in London and i prefer not to remember how much we expent.

Wasn't a party for rich people, the entrance fee was around 15 or 20 pounds.
The main thing was on the cab, it was 1'5 hours far away from London and too late to take the train.
I remember Simo was playing there and the gathering was amazing.
One of those nights that suddenly inside emerges a strong impulse to go and any logical react is thrilled. Crazy nights.
