less than that. We're talking the tiny fluffy ones that the razor is too blunt to catch.

I think if you use the same Reverb in different channels , at the same time in the track, you can get what is called frequency cancellation, so I think is better to use as many reverbs you can get!. I think o.O |

That is pretty much how I do it. Do you have them in the same settings just different length on the tail? Or do you change size and such aswell?
I have cubase 5, so then it should be enough

I usually use diferent settings as well but as long as there's 1 short and one long it usually does the trick.
The thing about using more than 2 reverbs is that it creates too many spaces/dimenssions in your song, giving it a more spaced out sound and unreal feel but the thing is that some of us want that in our music so for those ones I agree on using individual reverbs but for me...I like my sound dry and punchy so less is more. http://www.MindDoctorsMakeAcid.com |

A downy silken hair from the sweetest scented, most lusciously alluring, male-mind-controlling cleft betwixt a sprightly young lass' upper thighs, so dainty...
Putting aside the Irish-English (i guess its my great-grandfather mclaughlin's ghost manifesting); I usually don't use much in teh way of reverb, usually to give an echoing sync-delay a bit more softness and subtones, and only slightly, USUALLY. Sometimes, though its nice to just let everything mash together in the verb-space, it sounds good for breaks and builds, 8 bars of master-channel (virtually) low-damp verb, with the size increasing so the last bar is all but lost rhythmically in reverberation... Then SILENCE.
Then, mayhem.

I think no need to get wild with reverb , Can be cool here and there but theres an many other good/(And somtimes better) options to get this "Live/Open" feeling but using the reverb , I usualy work on sounds in the vst (So i get in there what i need for those) + Right Eq and right compressor work and u got what you need . Think over use with reverb can destroyed your sounds more then help .

3-4 "main" reverbs, starting from really tight/strong early reflection types to medium/long and then 2-3 "exotic" weird long algorithms where I send some one shot stuff, drones...etc and sometimes I put a couple of reversed reverbs as inserts on certain channel that I want the reversed reverb only to come in before the dry unreversed sound drops, as I can't be bothered to bounce parts and reverse, besides my Mac can handle the CPU weight just fine.
Peace out.
