about 500 originals - started collecting them since 96..........
u can never match the quality of a burnt cd to a mastered original.

I got about 800 Vynils, from 1995 (my first one was Etnica "Full On" and "Starship 101" on Blue Room) until now, ranging from Psytrance AND eUROTRANCE to Techno and House and lately almost only tech-house and progressive. The last record I bought was Basset+CAnedy on EarregulaR.
I bought some Cds over the years, but somehow i dont respect them as much and they always lie about and scratch, so its not really a collection like the vynil. I do d/l some stuff, but that usually scratches and gets lost, too. Fuck digital Media!!
WHY, oh WHY, arent there anymore Vynils?????

How many original cds i got??? Good question...
should be around 1500 in total maybe more if i count the ones lost or damaged.
I am not a multi billionairre , should be more than 10 years that i am buying and collect cds from all genres.... I also had worked for a distributor (not trance) in greece so i still have access to wholesale prices and promo stuff.
Also i feel is fair money that comes from the music industry a part of it should go back into it...
my psy trance cds should be more than 300 including the downtempo stuff made by trance artists but the majority is until year 2000
first trance cd ever bought transwave hypnorythim e.p.
last dino psaras lick it
first cd ever bought a tribute to jimmy hendrix
last bought Ministry Animositisomina
first album bought ever was back in 1985 AC/DC back in black
Haven't bought a trance cd though since summer, i find the 18 euros price tag to much and unfortunately that is how much they charge cd shops in my town........
I know that psyshop and saikosounds have great prices but i am not keen to order via the net....

you mean europe pressed original cds or the "original " ones that are pressed in india and southeast asia?
just in case you do not know this is bigger piracy than cdrs.
Actually i am not aware that the ones pressed in asia are paying royalty rights please forgive me and correct me if i am wrong.

Ha, so true. You've gotta do what you gotta do sometimes, no matter how painful. Look on the bright side. You probably gave some broke Depeche Mode fan a great visit to the second hand store.
Original trance CD's? I would say between 400 and 500.

I've had two CD cases lost... it sucks. Got about 150 original psy cds now. another 150 or so non-psy weirdness.
Oh, and about 4 crates of vinyl - psy and downtempo. |
