hi ,,,im trying to make this sound ,,, but i dont get the sound
I believe this is preset made with vanguard
but i dont get the sound

you will have a higher chance of getting help if you put it on soundcloud. people dont like to download stuff, especially if you have to sign up on the downloadpage before u are able to do it.

I only heard it from my laptop speakers but it sounds like a regular saw with some attack, pitch bend and delay. Should be quite simple to do with Vanguard. The delay is probably the trickiest but should go if you micro-adjust it.

Yeah, a saw wave with a bit of saturation probably, a bit of reverb and delay should get you there, with not much envelope on the filter.
The raising is achieved with a Low Pass (LP) filter - the sound you hear at the end is with the filter completely open (to the max value), and during time it is automated to open.
Try getting an init patch of set everything to the default values, and add those elements (if you don't know how, just look at the vst interface and explore a bit), and you'll get that type of sound in no time.
Tip: distortion sounds great on these type of leads ;
