303 emulator (hard or software) or any synth with filters and filter envelopes will do the job and some distortion of course  lol and that is almost really any vst.... if you want a good free one that is capable try synth1.
basically depending on your tastes choose the filter type that sounds best to you and your track, lpf can work fine. turn up the filter cut off and resonance some till you are happy (and tweak more with the cutoff)- play with the attack and decay of the filter envelopes till you are happy. and add distortion or whatever else you want. cheers!
