I would say..
Saw Osc,Multibanddistortion, maybe Eq,place the notes in the right place..take care of lenght and that they are not overlapping,do mono and send the same signal to a stereo channel..little pan of the high frequencys set 5ms forward..use the right tuning of the scale..

good luck           -------......-------...-..-..-..-.-.-.-.-

Cant listen to your sample right now, but "elastic" is usually glide/portamento function in your synth ?

I guess this one was made with Trilogy + glide function enabled.
I'm sure this CAN be done with Trilogy. I believe 90% of such basses were done with Trilogy for ages.

I just know from direct experience that most of the basslines on my side of the world are often Cronox.

I've tried Cronox3 for bass once, made a track with it, however i make night style and my aims are a bit different (comparing to example the author provided) =)

is there any volunteer from isratrance artists that can upload the preset of this bass?

its done usually by cronox or trilogy.

but also should add quadrafuzz and eq to it.

this kick also is also very good, has massive attack.

Ultra Focus VSTi has a bass preset that sounds almost the same that you provided. It is called Analog Modelling -> Classic Analog Bass 2.
