Peace out.

Finished track?

From few days to few years. I usually start something, make some sounds and come back much later when I have more motivation on certain type of track...

Short stuff: 3-4 hours to one day. I might use these later in projects so it's hard to say what counts as "a track"

a track is never completely finished... just the process of making it comes to a dead end!           http://www.landmark-recordings.com/

for psytrance around 40 hours when everyhting flow like it should be ,thats when it s optimal with good inspiration,it s when i don t get stuck with the story.
a track never feel totally finished but at one point it s a lot more easier to make things worst than improving just cause i don t have anymore the same energies,it s not coherent.

Some guys make tracks in one day , in one project session they get almost everyhting done, i think it s good, cause you can make lot of tracks and release just the best one but they are very good producer, one sound it get equed bounced no need to come back tweaking later it s done right in 2 minute...
