but hey, OP. i was listening to the track you mentioned while doing some algebra.
it occurred to me.. i think the sound you are mystified about is achieved by filtering an FM waveform with a vocoder. it's all about tweaking the modulating signal to make the sound interesting. it kinda sounds like he timestretched, repitched, and cut up some vocals, then fed that into the vocoder, which is applied to a metallic FM lead sound.. experiment with that

wow, thanks, you are into something there mate, i have tried alot, cant get it right, but your tips helps alot, and using the vocoder as you said makes an awesome effect... feels like this metallic effect is pearcing into my brain, in a very good way. and i wont give up untill i make it myself

All of the sounds you mentioned are REALLY simple - I'm not poking fun at you, more giving advice to "not make your life more complicated." Play around with saw wavs (or wavtables if you can!) and filter them through hi, low, and band-pass filters (especially in parallel!) while modulation them with mod-wheel, modulation, or lfo. You will get these sounds and more! There are phasers (sound 1) and perhaps light distortion (sound 3) on some of them, but they are really just simple filter sweeping riffs with quick stuttery note patterns between longer legato notes.
But a word of caution: These are the in-your-face sounds in the track, but not the source of it's psychedelia! Pay attention to the squeaky delayed sound that comes in and adds to the groove - that's where a lot of the trippy is hiding. If you build a trippy, ethereal groove, then even simple filter swept sounds become very trippy when you play with panning or delay.
