how I can export to audio without audio mix down (Cubase)

Hi Dudes 
this is the question ...
I know there are a way to export with a recorder channel in cubase . any one can explain-me how i do this?

create audio channel
change its input to stereo out
solo the channel you want to record
press record on the audio channel
press play
job done
