How do you start designing your track and your music?

I really wanna ask this to you guys..
When do you know you're ready for your next track?
And what do you do to get inspiration to start doing it?
And finally, how do you start making it, i mean, you the track theme, and then what? you start working on the intro, or do you first make a decent beat, and start working on it to match the theme?

Surely not when i'm stoned  anyway inspiration comes when it's time, i don't make music like robot...
and about when and how to work, i think it's up to the individual and it's always better to be yourself and unique(original)...so i think the time and your heart will tell you...

i just make something that inspires me making it sometimes a sample comes after i finished most of the track sometimes a bassline, i just flow with the track,
and i try to take a lot of breaks to not add too much chaos
take it slow and easy listen to music and when the mood comes you can't do nothing about it. true for me

on my side its like an impuls. i just feel like "oh, now it would be great fun to make some music".
i start fruity, sit on my keyboard and just begin playing something. from there everything leads to another.
the first thing i like that i play on the keyboard determines the theme and the genre of the track |

sometimes im sitting in middle of making one track and ill come across a preset i like or a bass sound and ill quickly start a new track always with kick and bass first and then continue till a minute in and then make a intro..sometimes ill watch a movie and get an ides

Personal experiences, nature, emotions, books, other artists, news, history, philosophy, beliefs...

Whatever I feel like doing... sometimes a punchy kick n bass, sometimes some pads, leads, voice samples, stutter editing, automation... |

last track i made i had a picture in my mind that came to me when i watched a movie
then I painted it, and then i created a soundtrack for that painting
The track is called "Interconnectedness"

I really never thought i was like other guys, sometimes i kinda click and i spend about 5 hours working only on atmos and pads, mostly pads, these can be changed with more accuracy and the way i want,
And sometimes i just start with the kick and the bass, but i like having an ideia of what i'm starting to work on..
