How do you Cue your Live sets with Live ?

Hi There !
Just wondering which is the best way to Cue all the tracks in a live act with ableton Live
one way would be to Internally Cue all the tracks...
or to send the to a mixer and Cue the tracks there, but you will need a nice sound card
i would like to know your thoughts about this matter .
