those two are Pad's..
the first one (as like as i can hear) is:
2 ocillator's running Sin waveform one of then is one octave lower then the second.
oscillator 3 low Pulse with low volume, LFO envelop, reverb , a little bit of delay (if you want)...

the second is rubber =) should be lead
saw, filter hp12, lfo ammount 3/4, lfo rate - adjust yourself.
