sounds like a processed 8bit clip... with a lot of effects. Phaser or a flanger, reverb with very short decay, + more stuff. |

Lots of LFOs on pitch and amplitude. I doubt there's a phaser or flanger here.

this is a nice simple square waveform. it has some lfo on pitch which turns on and off. there is a phaser (uhbik's probably) as well as delay but they also aren't enabled all the way.

Overdream is spot on.
This is from my track 'Voices In The Dark'. I made it in Gladiator, simple squarewave, automated lfo on pitch, pitched up one octave. I then bounced it to audio and chopped manually into the pattern
I used uhbik phaser and delay, automated on and off and that's about it I think. I made this track a long time ago so can't remember exactly but it's an easy sound to make. Most 8 bit style sounds are very easy.
