how do i setup the LVL slider from the APC 40 to go only till 00 DB instead of the default 06.00DB ?

I don't know about the apc specifically, but in ableton when you assign midi controls in the left column where it shows the midi number and what it's controlling, there are orange sliders in the same row that should allow you to set the range of the controller (I've done this with my nanokontrol for volume). Hopefully this helps, if not, it might be something in the apc settings.

ow nice my brother, i didnt know i could reassign the midi to the apc 40 , i just had to turn on the REMOTE thing in the preferences and then i did as u said.....
